The past 10 years with this team in the digital world, I have learned a great deal on their views and their upholding of the highest values towards their employees, clients, friends, and family. Hello, My name is Ivan Radenkov
and I am the GM of Digitanity. Our job is enormous part of our life, that is why I seek it be a composition of thrilling adventures with clear tasks; new endeavors with usage of the expertise gained; high expectations with precise planning; friends forever; sparkling ideas; risk sharing and a cup of good coffee. These all I find in Digitanity every day and that makes me feel content and important.

I play the bass guitar in a band, write children books and spend time with my family – a wife and two boys. I practice ski touring and adore biking and hiking.

Hello, my name is Mariyana Vasileva
and I am the Head of Talent Acquisition at Digitanity. My main objectives are to help the company to grow and expand on its capabilities. I am glad to have the chance to work with some of the best IT professionals in Bulgaria and this is very enriching experience for me. Working with the different company products and complex project and to feel my contribution is valued and gives me sense of fulfillment and confidence in my future growth and development. I have more than 9 years’ experience in the IT field. I find the greatest satisfaction in the daily communication with intelligent people with brought IT expertise and international customers. I always aim to help people to find the most suitable jobs for them. Also, to build versatile teams quickly and efficiently with talented IT professionals. Other favorite part of my job is to plan and organize corporate IT conferences and different events.
I am a mother of a teenager and my free time is dedicated to my family. I also like to enjoy sunny weekends outdoors with friends. Going for long walks in the nature, practicing yoga or traditional Bulgarian dances are my favorite sport activities. The books that I like to read are focused on personal development.
